Will be closely coordinating with consultants for line ups and interview scheduling
Excellent people management & employee connect skills
Co –ordinate with line for interviews in selection process
Taking care of joining formalities of new joinees
Verifying and sending the pre joining document to CHR team
Employee’s query resolve like- Payroll, Attendance, Leave, LTA, Medical, referral payouts etc
Monitoring Manpower Budget and actual in place
Maintaining MIS for Joining & Attrition.
Coordination with different teams for interview scheduling and coordinations, will be responsible
To handle inbound/outbound voice support calls -UK, US Clients.
at least one year experience in similar support roles with American accent or British accent preferred.
Very good attitude, Pleasing personality and client handling skills a must .
Training will be provided for the right candidates.
